GENERAL SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

3. Accountable for using caution in handling equipment, tools, and parts.
4. Responsible for the general maintenance of both machinery and plant area, including cleaning and maintenance of welding machines and all tools involved in daily production.
Must be able to weld in various positions anything from 20 gauge to 1/2 plate.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Perform, manage, and improve:

• Customer quality including returns, root cause analysis, customer quality documentation including First Article Documents, Control Plans, FMEA’s, PPAP’s, and Capability Studies. CAPA, complaint trends, manufacturing trends, Supplier performance
• Vendor quality return documentation and rejection claims
• Plant quality concerns including leading root cause and prevention

JOB FUNCTION: Managing the Production Control Department to provide the necessary support and guidance needed to meet internal and external delivery requirements and streamline the planning processes involved with making products.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: A. Duties

1. Monitors, tracks, reports, advises, and conducts production planning processes in order to ensure the organization meets customer delivery requirements and expectations.

2. Leads schedule communication process via regular meetings or systematic data with the goal to keep the organization marching to one drumbeat

3. Maintains and continuously improves MRP system or other Capacity Planning system parameters and processes for effective use of system planning and scheduling capabilities

4. Proactively pursues the elimination of shortages that impact or may impact production and shipments.

5. Proactively provides schedule and release direction for manufacturing orders within the facility. Coordinate as required the scheduling of orders with sales, manufacturing, engineering, R&D, and other areas.

6. Assist Manufacturing and Purchasing in determining appropriate safety stock levels, minimum or maximum inventory settings, Kanban signals, or other visual methods to trigger timely inventory consumption or replenishment.

Candidate must have experience or related education in both the assembly and wiring of automated controls. Qualified candidate must have a fundamental knowledge of how to read ladder logic diagrams. A qualified candidate will understand the basic principles of wiring controls. Duties include assembly and wiring of controls from layout drawings and schematics. A qualified candidate will have previous automated controls wiring experience or education in a related field. Electrical or electronic schooling is considered very beneficial. The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for the design, layout and documentation of hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves, as well as the design and maintenance of manufacturing-assembly procedures.

Essential Functions:

' Perform design troubleshooting and testing for products such as vane pumps, piston pumps, hydraulic valves etc.

' Support the sales group and distribution channel with technical support and design recommendations.

' Identify and implement improvements in current products design, manufacturing and selection of components.

We are seeking a Mechanical Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in 2D animation, assembly, technical writing, FEA, and building.

Duties:
- Develop and design mechanical components and systems using CAD software
- Create 2D animations to illustrate mechanical concepts

1st shift 10 hour days Tuesday - Friday

Constructs or repairs a wide variety of tools, dies, jigs, gauges, fixtures, to close tolerances. Does highly skilled fitting, adjusting, and timing. Performs most tool room machine operations. Works from drawings and sketches. Uses advance shop mathematics and all types of measuring instruments. Typical work products include building components for hot chamber die casting molds, replacement parts for die cast machines, fixtures and grippers for the robotics and coating departments and checking fixtures and gauges for the quality control department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances.

 Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points on material or work-piece as guides for subsequent machining.

 Select, align, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and shapers.

 Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant, flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit Computerized Machine Control media.

 Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of- tolerance machining, and adjust machine controls or control media as required.

 Verify conformance of finished work-piece to specifications.

Qualifications for Entry:
