Shipping & Receiving Inventory Export Clerk

Position Summary
This position will be responsible for shipping products to customers both domestically and internationally and handle inventory related tasks.
Inventory
' Receive, count and document incoming parts and material quantities.
' Process pick list and inventory adjustments daily to keep inventory correct.
' Issue designated items and daily pull parts for assembly work packets.
' Count and issue precious metal contacts and ground insets to assembly.
' Remove obsolete inventory from stock in reaction to engineering change orders (ECO's).
' Assure the accuracy of data input into the inventory system of issued, cycle and receiving count quantities.

Shipping/Receiving
' Pack and ship products to customers, suppliers and 3rd party, both domestically and internationally.
' Work with outside shipping sources such as UPS, Fed Ex and U.S. Customs & Border Protection Agency. Lift up to 50 lb. boxes and use of dolly's and ladders (up to 6 feet)
' Register and complete production line information using ERP system (Microsoft AX).
' Reserve sales order items in our ERP system and resolve issues
' For international shipments, assign a filing with U.S. Customs by transmitting data to their ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) software.
' Ensure internationally shipped items are compliant with U.S. customs requirements and keep up to date on export compliance changes.

Qualifications

Required
' High School diploma or GED
' 2+ years' experience in a shipping & receiving role
' 2+ years' experience shipping internationally and dealing with international shipping requirements and regulations
' Intermediate computer skills using MS Outlook and Windows
' Experience using an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
' Experience using a MRP (Material Requirement Planning) system

The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for the design, layout and documentation of hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves, as well as the design and maintenance of manufacturing-assembly procedures.

Essential Functions:
" Perform design troubleshooting and testing for products such as vane pumps, piston pumps, hydraulic valves etc.
" Support the sales group and distribution channel with technical support and design recommendations.
" Identify and implement improvements in current products design, manufacturing and selection of components.
" Design, document and coordinate system operations to ensure the manufacturing operations are aligned in their work procedures.
" Identify components for standardization in design to achieve both quality and cost objectives..

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
" B.S. of Mechanical Engineering, 0-4+ years' experience
" Preference given to candidates with competent understanding or Technical degree in Fluid Power Technology.
" Knowledge of design, drafting and modeling using 2D Auto CAD and 3D Solidworks software or similar.

Seeking a technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving ability for the position of Computer Hardware Technician. Candidate will be responsible to configure and test HPE and Dell business computers, options and peripherals. This position will also be responsible for troubleshooting all hardware related problems as well as researching and answering hardware configuration and other product questions.

Primary Responsibility:
Installing Hardware on servers and testing.
Installation, testing and reconfiguration
Configure, test, repair, and teardown of Business Computers, Options and Peripherals.
Troubleshooting all hardware related problems.
Maintain timely and accurate logs and product documentation.

Job Information:

This position is a professional engineering job with responsibilities in the area of product development and sales and manufacturing support. Entry Level to 5 years experience.

SUMMARY STATEMENT:

With general guidance from engineering management, supports both new and existing product design and development with engineering expertise. Also works on designs to improve components and products and to develop concepts for new products that achieve the desired quality at the most favorable cost. Provides technical support to sales and manufacturing. Plans, designs, and develops the more routine products or components. Participates in planning and in the preparation of specifications.

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

1. Designs new products.

1.1. Visits customer locations at project initiation to develop an understanding of the customer's needs.

1.2. Under the guidance of engineering management, directs the modeling/drafting of concepts into designs that can be modeled and tested.

1.3. Tests materials and concepts, working closely with the Test and Research staff to design tests and document results.

2. Supports the on-going improvement of existing product designs.

2.1. Develops test designs to measure the function and quality of products and to test new ideas or modifications of existing products.

2.2. Provides technical expertise in support of improvements to existing product designs.

2.3. Provides engineering support to the process of modification of existing products to meet customer requirements, while retaining product function and quality.

3. Provides design related support to the sales and management functions, assisting sales staff to respond to customer requests.
   3.1. Attends sales and marketing planning meetings to discuss design needs and brainstorm for ideas regarding ways to meet specific customer or general market requirements.

Job Description
Candidate must have experience or related education in both the assembly and wiring of automated controls. Qualified candidate must have a fundamental knowledge of how to read ladder logic diagrams. A qualified candidate will understand the basic principles of wiring controls. Duties include assembly and wiring of controls from layout drawings and schematics. A qualified candidate will have previous automated controls wiring experience or education in a related field. Electrical or electronic schooling is considered very beneficial. Working knowledge of pneumatic circuits would be a plus. Must be able to stand on your feet and work throughout the day.

Mechanical Product Design CAD Drafter/Designer in our Product Design Engineering Group designing new material handling and process equipment. Looking for someone with 0 to 3 years' experience in solid modeling,
Having a knowledge with sheet metal layout and fabrication drawing/modeling would be a plus.

Degree/Certificate in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) or equivalent experience utilizing Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks or Pro-E.
A working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks or Pro-E.
Experience equipment layout, process equipment design, mechanical assembly design or mechanical weldments is a plus.

• Associates in CAD design from an accredited institution
• Must have 10+ years hands-on and in-depth design experience with major components of mobile equipment and or heavy industrial equipment.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience using Inventor or Solidworks, for the development of working drawings for assemblies, fabrications, sub-weldments, machined parts, hydraulic / electrical / schematics.
