Position: Sales Account Manager/Recruiter

Summary of Responsibilities:

E-Technical Staffing, Inc is looking for a Account Manager/Recruiter to help grow and maintain growth. Build relationships with clients, support client needs and submit qualified and screened candidates on client open orders. Recruit, interview, identify and qualify technical individuals not limited to; Engineers, Designers, IT, Computer Support and Technicians and support staff. Working with local and national accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Represent E-Technical Staffing, Inc. in an ethical and professional manner.

• Develop, manage and maintain account relationships from various technical industries
• Expand existing accounts
• Sourcing candidates utilizing resume databases, LinkedIn and other resources.
• Full life cycle recruiting
• Recognize sense of urgency in responding to client job needs.
• Qualify candidates for client openings in a timely manner

Base Salary provided plus commission

Compensation based on experience

Income potential not limited
