Seeking a technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving ability for the position of Computer Hardware Technician. Candidate will be responsible to configure and test HPE and Dell business computers, options and peripherals. This position will also be responsible for troubleshooting all hardware related problems as well as researching and answering hardware configuration and other product questions.
Primary Responsibility:
Installing Hardware on servers and testing.
Installation, testing and reconfiguration
Configure, test, repair, and teardown of Business Computers, Options and Peripherals.
Troubleshooting all hardware related problems.
Maintain timely and accurate logs and product documentation.
Research and answer hardware configuration and other product questions.
Configure Business Class Servers.
Troubleshoot hardware and associated options.
Test, repair and teardown hardware as necessary.
Product identification, labeling and verification.
Education, Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
A+ Certification with minimum one year experience helpful not required
Technical background with Computer Industry experience.
Works well with others, team player.
Self-starter, consistent and disciplined.
Job Information:
Work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday
Additional “after hours” support when needed.

Liaison between IT and other functional and technical areas with a primary goal to facilitate the implementation of processes and improvements using the Oracle EBS and related systems. This position supports the implementation, development, operation, maintenance, improvement, and growth of local and global business systems that are necessary to execute the business's long-term strategic plan.
Major Areas of Accountability:
" Serve as an Oracle SME for supporting business processes and develop strong relationships with the business process owners
" Review, analyze & evaluate current business systems and user needs in order to develop, enhance, implement and maintain fully functional, integrated and operational business systems within Oracle and related systems, following IT standards.
" Function as a liaison between business and technical units and work with the technical staff to design solutions that meet business requirements
" Responsible for project planning including but not limited to creating and executing project plans, developing test cases, providing test support, tracking, communication, documentation and reporting to the organization while complying to all applicable standards to ensure successful project execution.
" Develop enhancements to support business process changes and improvements
" Oversee global testing to ensure no harm to the business due to other business units entering or changing functionality in shared environments.
" Develop training material and provide one-on-one and group training as necessary.
Qualifications for Entry:
" Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field preferred or equivalent job related experiences. Master's Degree a plus
" Several years of experience supporting discrete manufacturing processes is preferred
" Solid business understanding of purchasing, order management, manufacturing and inventory control processes
" Experience with Oracle EBS/DB, SQL Queries. Toad for Oracle a plus.
" Demonstrated Project Management skills. PMP preferred
" SQL or similar programming experience preferred
