Key Responsibilities

• Project Management and Supervision
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and crews to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
• Supervise project foremen and on-site crews, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to specifications.
• Safety and Compliance
• Understand and enforce safety rules and regulations on-site.
• Provide safety training and conduct toolbox talks.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections with relevant authorities.
• Documentation and Quality Control
• Maintain and update accurate redline drawings on-site.
• Ensure completion of punch list items and adherence to project details.
• Approve and manage daily timecards.
• Technical Expertise
• Train crews in landscape installation techniques, including hardscapes, retaining walls, planting, low-voltage lighting, and irrigation systems.
• Design and build irrigation systems based on meter size, pressure, and flow.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Coordinate with owners, designers, and municipalities to ensure project requirements and codes are met.
• Communicate effectively with the project manager to prioritize and adjust schedules as needed.
