Primary Objective of Position:

2nd shift
Supervise production operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Ensure smooth production operation, facility security and employee safety during the shift.
-Provides process support for employees on an assigned shift and maintains a high level of communication with Process Leaders. Actively involved in monthly Process Improvement Teams.
-Supervises, trains and develops personnel in the use of standard documented processes and clarifies responsibilities, accountability and authority levels.

Hours would be 2:45 p.m to 1 a.m Monday through Thursday and then 2:45 p.m. to around 8 or 9 p.m. on Friday.

• Qualifications for Entry:
• High school education/GED
• Two year college degree or vo-tech degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years leadership experience.
• Oracle experience preferred
• Assembly experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to read drawings
• Demonstrated abilities in leadership of people to successfully achieve goals of employees
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal/written) effectively with customers, suppliers and employees.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cooperative and team oriented environment.
• According to Government Regulations all employees in this job classification must be a US Citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
