Job Description: Customer Service Administrator
Order Entry / Order Processing -
Process new and revised customer purchase orders with emphasis placed on 100% accuracy.
Process new and revised RMAS (Return Merchandise Authorizations).
Communication with customers including order confirmations, delays, changes, shipment confirmations
Provide direct customer service assistance via phone, email, etc.
Maintain records including shipping documents, international record keeping, various correspondence, etc.
Experience, Education and Competencies Required:
High School Diploma
Minimum or 2 years customer service related experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong data entry skills
Microsoft office proficiency, with strong background in Word and Excel
Knowledge of order entry / ERP system; knowledge of QAD is a plus.
Knowledge of operations procedures and manufacturing environment.
CRM database experience a plus.
Excellent written and verbal Customer Service skills.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
